Putting AI on the fast track to certain success

Editor’s Note: “Put AI on the fast track to solid success” was previously published in August 2023. It has been updated to include the most relevant information available.

Artificial intelligence is not just a buzzword – it is a reality that will change every aspect of our daily lives in the years to come. It will revitalize industries from healthcare to education, from entertainment to cybersecurity, while delivering unprecedented new possibilities.

One possibility could come from an area that hardly anyone talks about right now… a top secret technology that will fuel the “AI stock boom”.

Before I reveal that technology, you must first understand what makes AI models work. At their core, AI models are like cars. They have an “engine” – the computer on which the models are run. And they have “fuel” – the volume of data on which the model is trained.

Obviously, the better the car’s engine and the more fuel it has, the better and farther the car will run.

The same goes for AI.

The better the “engine” of an AI model (computing power), and the more “fuel” (data) the model will perform.

The top secret technology I’m talking about is about radically upgrade the computing power that AI models have.

And Bank of America’s head of global themed investing, Haim Israel, says the technology can generate “a revolution for humanity bigger than fire, bigger than wheels.”

That’s because this technology will fundamentally drive everything in the emerging AI Age.

What the hell am I talking about?

Two words: Quantum computing.

What is a quantum computer?

I’ll start by saying that the fundamental physics of this breakthrough – quantum mechanics – is very complex. It will probably require more than 500 pages to fully understand.

But alas, my best job instead was to create a version of Cliff’s Notes in 500 words.

For centuries, scientists have been developing, testing, and validating the laws of the physical world, known as the physical world. classical mechanics. These scientifically explain how and why things work, where they come from, etc.

But in 1897, JJ Thomson discovered the electron. And he revealed a new subatomic world of microscopic objects that do not obey the laws of classical mechanics… at all. Instead, they follow their own set of rules, henceforth known as quantum mechanics.

The laws of quantum mechanics differ from those of classical mechanics in two very strange, almost miraculous, ways.

First, in classical mechanics, objects are in one place at a time. You are at the store or at home, not both.

But in quantum mechanics, subatomic particles can theoretically exist in many places at once before they are observed. A subatomic particle can exist simultaneously at point A and point B until we observe it. And then it only exists at point A or point B.

Thus, the actual “position” of a subatomic particle is the combination of all its possible positions.

This is called quantum superposition.

An image comparing classical and quantum positioning; two boxes with two dots, representing two different positions; a box with two dots showing multiple locations

Second, in classical mechanics, objects can only “work” with things that are also “real”. You can’t ask an imaginary friend to help move the couch. Instead, you need a real friend.

Quantum turbulence

But in quantum mechanics, all those probabilistic states of subatomic particles are not independent. They are in trouble. That is, if we know something about the probabilistic position of one subatomic particle, we know something about the probability position of another subatomic particle – that is, those that are inherently supercomplex. These complexities can actually work together to create a super complex ecosystem.

This is called quantum entanglement.

So, in summary, subatomic particles can theoretically have multiple states of probability at once, and all of those probability states can work together – again, all together. for a while – to complete their task.

And in short, it was the scientific breakthrough that puzzled Einstein in the early 1900s.

It goes against everything classical mechanics has taught us about the world. It goes against common sense. But it is true. It’s the truth. And now, for the first time, we are learning how to harness this unique phenomenon to change everything…

This is why the US government is promoting the development of a national quantum internet southwest of Chicago. It understands that this technology could be more revolutionary than the discovery of fire or the invention of the wheel.

I couldn’t agree more.

Mark my words. Everything will change in the next few years because of quantum mechanics – and some investors will make a lot of money.

Quantum computers will change the world

The study of quantum theory has led to great advances over the past century. That has been especially true over the past decade. Scientists at leading tech companies have begun figuring out how to harness the power of quantum mechanics to create a new generation of superpowers. quantum computer. And they are much faster and more powerful than today’s fastest supercomputers.

And in fact, Haim Israel, Bank of America’s executive director of research, believes: “By the end of this decade, the amount of computation we can do [on a quantum computer] will be more than the number of atoms in the visible universe.”

Again, the physics behind quantum computers is complicated, but here’s my stripped-down version…

Today’s computers are built based on the laws of classical mechanics. That is, they store information about the so-called littlecan store binary data as “1” or “0”.

But what if you could turn those classical bits into quantum bits – qubit – take advantage of superposition to be a “1” and a “0” store at the same time?

Furthermore, what if you could take advantage of entanglement and have all the multi-state qubits work together to solve computational tax problems?

Theoretically, you would build a machine with so much computing power that it makes today’s most advanced supercomputers look archaic.

That is exactly what is happening today.

The possibilities behind quantum computing

Google built a quantum computer 158 million times faster than the world’s fastest supercomputer.

That’s not exaggeration. That’s a real number.

Imagine the possibilities if we could create a new set of quantum computers that are 158 million times faster than today’s fastest computers…

Imagine what AI can do.

Today, AI is already being used to discover and develop new drugs as well as automate manual tasks such as cooking, cleaning and packaging products. It has been used to write legal briefs, create commercials, create movie scripts, etc.

And that’s with AI built on classic computing platforms.

But built on quantum computers – computers 158 million times faster than classical computers – AI should be able to do just that. almost everything.

The economic opportunities at the convergence of artificial intelligence and quantum computing are truly endless.

The last word

Quantum computing is a game changer it’s flying under the radar.

It’s not just another breakthrough – it’s the seismic shift we’ve all been waiting for, rivaling the impact of the Internet and the discovery of fire.

We think the top stocks converging AI and QC have a realistic chance to skyrocket 1,000% only in the next few years.

One of the top picks in the space? OpenAI – the startup kicked off this whole “AI Boom” with the launch of ChatGPT in November 2022.

OpenAI has built industry-leading AI technology on top of classic computing. Within a few years, we think the technology will move to quantum computers. When that happens, OpenAI’s AI models – which can already answer almost any general question in the universe – will be able to transform the world in ways we don’t even understand yet.

But OpenAI is a private company and only venture capitalists can invest in this leading AI startup.

However, there is a way around that… a “hole”, if you will, which gives investors like you a stake in OpenAI Today.

Best of all, this vulnerability is as secure as buying AI shares on a public stock exchange.

Take advantage of this gap today.
